1. Returns

We strive to provide the best products/services to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Certain items, such as customized, perishable, or digital products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 20 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
• If a refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
